Section 2.3 — Transaction and Gaming Data

We automatically record all financial and gaming activity associated with your account, including:

We will not transfer your personal data to a country that does not afford an adequate level of data protection without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Section 6.1

502jl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. The following categories of cookies are used:

502jl retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations:

• Account and KYC data: A minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required by PAGCOR's record-keeping obligations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Transaction records: A minimum of five (5) years from each transaction date;
• Game history: A minimum of two (2) years from each gaming session;
• Customer support records: A minimum of two (2) years from the date of each interaction;
• Marketing consent records: Retained for as long as the account is active and for one (1) year following account closure.

Where retention beyond these minimum periods is required for ongoing legal proceedings, regulatory investigations, or dispute resolution, data will be retained until those matters are fully resolved.

10. Children's Privacy

502jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Parents or guardians who believe a minor has registered with 502jl should contact [email protected] immediately.

11. Third-Party Links

The 502jl Platform does not contain links to third-party websites. Where references to external services (such as payment processors) appear in the context of transactions, those services operate under their own privacy policies. 502jl is not responsible for the data practices of any third-party service that you choose to access independently in connection with your use of the Platform.

12. Changes to This Policy

502jl reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes — such as new categories of data collection or new disclosure purposes — will be communicated to registered players via email and a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most current version.
