1. Introduction

2. Eligibility Requirements

Clause 2.2 — Residency

You must be a resident or physically located within the Philippines at the time of gameplay. 502jl does not knowingly accept registrations from users in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with all laws applicable to your location.

Clause 2.3 — One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 502jl account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. Accounts suspected of being duplicates will be investigated and may be merged or closed at the Company's sole discretion.

Clause 2.4 — Exclusion from Play

Individuals who have registered with any self-exclusion program administered by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority are not eligible to open or maintain a 502jl account. 3. Account Registration

Clause 3.1

Clause 3.2

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

502jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 502jl does not charge fees on incoming deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside the Company's control.

Clause 4.2

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible (the "same-source rule"). This rule exists as an anti-money-laundering control required under PAGCOR's compliance framework. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 10–30 minutes during standard operating hours, subject to verification requirements.

Clause 4.3

The Company reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or pending KYC verification. In such cases, the Company will notify the player as soon as reasonably practicable and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

Clause 4.4

All transactions on the 502jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Clause 5.1

From time to time, 502jl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

Clause 5.2 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the stated wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

502jl reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change shall not adversely affect any bonus already credited to a player's account that is being actively wagered in good faith at the time of the change.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 502jl platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments for deposits;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to exploit bonus structures;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended;
• Creating accounts on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your account;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage, and failing to report such errors to 502jl immediately upon discovery;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 502jl staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

Clause 8.1

502jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible via your account dashboard after 502jl Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders when your gaming session reaches a specified duration.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Clause 10.1

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 502jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Clause 10.2

The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 502jl account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clause 10.3

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 502jl makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by 502jl is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering with 502jl, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 502jl complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and applicable PAGCOR data security requirements.

12. Amendments to Terms

502jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between you and 502jl within thirty (30) days shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, where applicable, or to the proper courts of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Clause 13.3
